A grieving therapist begins to tell his clients exactly what he thinks
Ignoring his training and ethics, he finds himself making big changes in people’s lives – including his own.. The cast of “Downsizing” share their best defining moments in season 1 and find out who has the best Harrison Ford impression.. When Brett Goldstein, Jason Segel and Bill Lawrence were asked how they got Harrison Ford to play the role on the show, Segel said that Goldstein originally wanted a “Harrison Ford type,” and auditioned for people who looked like Ford.

Segel told Goldstein that they had to at least take him to Ford first, thinking he would immediately reject it, but at least other people would hear that Harrison Ford had brought the project, generating interest from other notable actors. Harrison Ford plays Dr
There are currently two episodes out and this show has a lot of promise, the chemistry between the characters is infectious and sometimes even weird… touching in ways that most shows aren’t, it’s purely reminiscent of Community because of these elements. I’m not sure if this accurately depicts the way a therapist deals with problems, but it certainly gives Jason Segel room to make it his own.
Rhodes, Jason’s boss and mentor of sorts
I wasn’t sure how his character would work in this series, but the anti-social resemblance of Rhodes certainly plays a part in the persona that Ford comes across quite well when we think about the scary elements of his Han Solo character in Star Wars, it just fits like saliva in this series. Somewhat over-connected, Sean (Luke Tennie) plays a bit of a son to Jimmy (Segel) as he deals with his own family issues with his daughter Alice (Lukita Maxwell)… What I see here seems so vivid and the possibilities are perhaps (?) endless as I see Jimmy managing these things.
And the music in this show is so good
Btw, the opening theme of this series is so good, I didn’t even skip it when I watched the second episode… Overall, this turned out to be a wonderful show and I hope it gets better from here on out.
